This interview with Geoffrey James gives you Jeff Thull’s insights on how companies define value. In making the point “that value does not exist until it has been achieved with your customer’s business” Jeff proposes 3 levels of value.

  • Level 1 – Expresses the characteristics of the product
  • Level 2 – Explores how a product changes a company’s processes
  • Level 3 – Examines the extent process changes improve how a company serves its customers
